What if I’ve already got a website?
We can transfer your existing domain name and make you a brand new website.

Am I tied into a contract?
There is no minimum contract. Your last monthly payment will be due in the month your website closes.

How much does it cost?
You can be online for a £10 domain fee (paid annually) plus your first monthly package fee (paid monthly).

How do I pay?
You will need to set up a regular monthly payment with your bank for the amount of your package fee. (We can help you set this up, if needed).

How long will it take?
The process normally takes under 6 weeks: Contact us and we’ll collect the required information. We will complete your single page layout website design (1 week). You view the design and decide if you’d like to go ahead. You send us the rest of the content for your website. We begin full development of your new website (2-4 weeks). Check your website, and then your website will go live.

Do you offer addition extras?
You may wish to add additional pages to your website. There will be a £40 setup fee for each page creation, plus £2 per month for each additional page. We also offer: Enquiry forms, Gallery images, ‘Buy Now’ PayPal buttons, PayPal shopping cart, Social media options, Website blog creation and more. There will be an initial charge for the work and it may also affect your monthly package payments. You can add additional extras to your website at anytime. Contact us to find out more.

How will I update my website?
Website content changes are charged at an hourly rate of £20. To give you an idea, replacing or adding sections to a page, 6 paragraphs of text and 3 images, takes approximately one hour (does not include complex layouts). The cost will be agreed before the changes commence.

Will Google list my website?
Your website will automatically be submitted to all the major search engines (Google/Yahoo/Bing). This takes between 1-4 weeks. However we strongly suggest Google Places, get your business established on Google Places for a £65 setup fee. We can also market your website on a monthly basis for an additional fee.

What if I miss a payment?
You will be notified and if payment is not received within 30 days, your website will close.

What happens if I want to leave Paw Print Design?
Should you wish to leave, your last monthly payment will be due in the month your website closes. Domain transfer to another company is £10 per domain name (administration cost). You will be unable to take your website design to a new host, or use any graphics produced or supplied by us as part of your new website.
